I hereby apply for membership in The Ottawa Valley Mineral Club (the “Club”) and agree to abide by the Constitution and all rules and regulations of the Club. I also agree to abide by the Code of Ethics for Rockhounds and the Safety Rules of the Central Canadian Federation of Mineralogical Societies.
