This secure corner of the website contains OVMC documents and files such as photos. Only Directors and other members in leadership positions can access this area. There are also Volunteer Files for logged in members and Publications for the public website.

How To

  1. Use the Search to find documents in the Category (Folder) you choose. Pick the All category to search through all category folders.
  2. On the left below, you will see a tree-structure of all of the categories. Select a category folder to see what documents it contains.
  3. For each document you can see,, you may select to Download or View.
  4. Your role may also allow you to upload your own files to a folder for others to download or view.

Note: Access control of Category folders are determined by website roles which are assigned to you when you login. If you cannot see a category or documents you need or download and view buttons are missing, let us know by emailing admin@ovmineralclub.ca.
